Methods of Payment: CrossroadsDiecast currently accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Check/Money Order. Payment made by check or money order must be received within one week of order. We currently have a $250 maximum amount on personal checks. After check is received merchandise will be held for ten days for check processing. In the event of a returned check a $25 handling fee will be charged. If you wish to order by check or money order simply complete the checkout and select check/money order as your payment option. Print the confirmation page and mail to us. Layaway: We are now accepting Layaway orders. We can only accept Check/Money Orders or Paypal for Layaway orders. To place an order on Layaway please use the following instructions. -There is a minimum order of $100 for Layaway orders. -Place your order in the shopping cart and procede to checkout as normal. -During checkout select Check/Money Order as Payment Option. In comments section make a note that you would like to place this order on Layaway. -If you would like to pay by Paypal we will send you an invoice by email for your initial payment. -Payments will be divided into 3 equal payments. We will not send bills or invoices for the remaining payments. It will be the customers responsibility to send payments as required. -If Layaway Orders are canceled a 20% processing fee will be charged. Sales Tax: All packages shipped to a Virginia address will be subject to Virginia state sales tax. The sales tax will automatically be calculated during checkout at a rate of 5%. Shipping: Crossroads Diecast charges a flat rate shipping fee based on the purchase price. For orders below $25 shipping will be $4.99. For orders above $25 shipping will be a flat rate of $9.99. These rates apply only when using Fedex Ground as the method of shipping. For orders shipped by USPS rates will vary depending on weight and destination. Please provide a physical address for shipping as we can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Fedex currently delivers to residences from Tuesday through Saturday. Click the link below to see an estimated shipping time by Fedex. Estimated Shipping Time by Fedex Certain addresses can not be shipped by Fedex Ground (Military, Alaska/Hawaii). We will ship these orders by USPS Priority Mail. Additional charges may apply. Express Shipments: We are now using USPS Priority Mail as our method of Express shipments. This is a two to three day service. The shipping price calculated at checkout is an estimate and may vary from the actual price. Orders with a large number of items or heavy items will be affected the most. The shipping charge figured at chekcout will be adjusted to reflect the actual charges when the order is processed. International Orders: All orders outside of the United States and Canada must payp with Paypal. There are two methods of shipping for International Orders, USPS Express Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International. USPS Express Mail International: Express Mail International has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. USPS Priority Mail International: Priority Mail International has an estimated delivery time of 6-10 days. Any duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return Policy: Returns will only be accepted for two weeks after the receipt of merchandise. A return authorization number must be received prior to return of merchandise. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the merchandise Crossroads Diecast will refund the purchase price. (The original shipping fee is non-refundable.) We can not accept returns on special order items.
